Sandberg is the chief operating officer of Facebook and is positioned on Fortune’s list of the 50 Most Powerful Women in Business and as one of Time’s 100 Most Influential Individuals in the World. In 2010, she gave an electrifying TED Talk in which she defined how women inadvertently hold themselves back in their careers. Her talk, which became a phenomenon and has been seen more than two million times, motivated women to “sit at the table,” seek challenges, take risks, and pursue their goals with passion.

In a day where women hold 4.2 percent of the CEO jobs in Fortune 500 companies Sandberg is saying it should be 50% because woman are 50 percent of the College graduates,is she right?





There's many more , but my point being women still held back , if you  read this book you will believe they are i promise.
Good reading with a lot of quotes and facts surely an inspiration to all women who want to achieve a successful career should be required reading in any motivational class.


As you can see she is a brilliant speaker writer and coo, it is a book all should read.Lean in the number one seller at Amazon for a reason it is great.
