read.
This novel didn't replicate the level of horror as The Shining. However, I was not very old when I
read the initial novel and the miraculous terror of The shining can't be entirely recaptured. This
book was as fantastic a sequel as could ever have been anticipated to follow up a story that
holds that significant of a position in our combined pasts.
Tend not to read this book if all that's necessary for you is to return to The Overlook Hotel and
insane Jack Torrence. Neither of them are revived except as a summary of Danny Torrence's
historical past. The Overlook Hotel burned up. That's how Jack Torrence, died when he failed
save the Overlook by not removing the defective boiler.. There are reflects from the past,
rehashes, but this isn't as much of a sequel as it is a new story starring old characters.
King quickly updates us on what transpired to little Danny and his mother Wendy, as well as the
old cook who shared the shine with Danny. That update was pretty damn scary in it's own. I
won't tell you, but some revisitations
were made.
In Danny's adult years the story becomes less insanely crazy/scary than the first book.
Nevertheless, King's storytelling and ability to scare are still incredibly strong. This is a different
tale entirely than The Shining, with only a little overlap. Don't expect to encounter that same level
of terror and you won't be let down.
There was also a very human side of this story. Death and dying, the fight for sobriety, King dealt
with a lot of his personal demons I believe. He is 65 years old now, a time when many individuals
reminisce.

This is not a book i would normally read,but my wife was reading a book and laughing her ass off so i asked her what in the world she was reading.When she was done she put it on my desk with a note read this.I remember Tia from sister sister and she was the funny one i remember that.

Fatal Exchange Russell Blake

Published in the design of Agatha Christie and Arthur Conan Doyle with more creativities and changes then a item of licorice this publication kept me wondering to the end. I liked the connections between the character types and information of the offenses provided. I, of course, had it all exercised (not) but it kept me captivated throughout the whole publication.

It was a joy to study such a publication without getting missing or tired. The writer kept elements to be able but still included the Forget Marple wide range of down house investigator and the `keep your sight start so you don't miss the apparent clue' of the Holmes wide range.

For an old created rather excellent who done it this was the best one I've study so far. I suggest it for this category and may even go returning and study it again to create sure I got all the intricacies the writer was planning. I just really liked this publication.


Blake's Fatal Exchange had me connected from the first part. It is a busy, measures loaded thriller that you won't want to put down.
It starts with an eye fixed supplier who provides a thousand cash value of timepieces to an Oriental business owner. When it changes out the expenses are fake the experience is on. The counterfeiters recognize some less than ideal expenses are out and they want them back before anyone knows they are available.
Tess, a motorcycle mail, is the girl of the observe supplier and when the systems begin putting up she understands she is probably next.
Throw in a murderer that is focusing on women motorcycle messengers and you have one more perspective in the story.
Blake connections the and building plots together exceptionally in a convert you won't see arriving.

 This is just a nice entertainment book that is well written i loved it.

"A Death in Vienna" is fast-paced, gripping, and filled with stimulating twists and changes. It is a valuable, well-researched, and thought-invoking conclusion to  Daniel Silva's  excellent trilogy. This is the book that never dies, been around a long time i don't think it ever fell off the charts.Now it is a smash hit movie also, which when i read the book the first time i could see a complicated thriller deriving out of it.Written by Stieg Larsson  This book is number three of a trilogy and will be the last, sorry to say as Stieg died in 2004, at the young age of 50 that's how long this book has been around..  He was a very talented writer of many best selling books but this, was his best.

The Girl with the Dragon Tattoo is an worldwide sensation either as a book and as a movie,reading this book, it is simple to see why. Girl with the Dragon Tattoo  is one of those books you can't put down, or put out of your head while you are reading it so read it on a weekend.Larsson's main character, Mikael Blomkvist, probaly was patterned on himself, as Larsson was also a crusading journalist who obtained death threats as a result of reports he had published. In fact, there was speculation that his heart attack may have been foul play but no evidence was ever found of that theory.

 This is a very deep complicated book that makes you think that is my favorite kind of book.Blomkvist the main character in this is hired by Henrik Vanger, an aged executive in a important Swedish corporation, to examine the disappearance of his niece Harriet the kink is it's been 40 years sense she disappeared. The older man has been preoccupied for years with the situation, and he wants closure before he passes away. Blomkvist enlists pierced, tattooed, and antisocial Lisbeth Salander to help with the investigation. Along the way, they discover levels and levels of corruption, secrets, and intrigue in the Vanger family and the tiny village of Hedestad and even smaller sized island of Hedeby.

Each and every time one mystery is solved, something else occurs before you even have time to ask yourself what comes next. Blomkvist and Solandar are intriguing characters, and their partnership is unique. The highly dysfunctional Vanger family provide endless surprises and secrets for the couple to discover.Centered in Sweden this is a rapid paced intriguing book that every one should read,sense 2004 i have never meet one person who did not absolutely love this book.Do your self a favor click the link below and buy it now i also put the link for the trilogy mites as well buy all three now after you read the book you will be back for the other two.

 When i started reading The Drop i thought i was reading a script from a reality T.V.cop show , a bunch of station cop chatter, yes that is right this book starts slow , all of Connelly's books do,so i was not to concerned. It was not long before Bosh and Chu had 2 cases going,.I have read and been a fan of the  Harry Bosch series for quite a few books now, Harry is kind of a grumpy older dirty harry with a daughter he raises as a single dad.He bends the rules but does not break them.


The son of a councilman commits suicide and of course they demand Bosh takes the case even though the father and Bosh hate each other.I like the book because you predict a lot of things that are going to happen and your wrong ,that's what a good book is all about,your interest makes you predict and the author guesses your prediction misleads you and you look like a fool in your own eyes for not being right.I was wrong 2 or 3 times in this story,so you know there is a lot of twists that keep your interest.


Grumpy Bosh even manages a little romance with a sex councilor,and of course she has more issues than the New York Times.I like this book but i like the last half much better than  the first half.It is basically a true detective story along the lines of Mike Hammer or Alex Cross. Connelly is not Patterson nor is Bosh, Alex Cross, but it is a must read and it will entertain you, this book will sell well simply because it is believable, it is not fantasy.
